Private excursion: exploration of the beautiful KVARNER: RIJEKA, TRSAT and OPATIJA

Discover the area of Kvarner bay by visiting 3rd largest city in Croatia - Rijeka. Enjoy the view of Croatian National Theater, Modello Palace and Rijeka's city market which represents one of the main meeting points for locals. The tour continues to Korzo - Rijeka's most famous pedestrian street and main shopping area. Walk under the Clock tower to the St. Vitus Cathedral and explore the Old town. After the guided part you will have some free time in the center of Rijeka.

Next location is Trsat where you will visit the Sanctuary of Trsat with monastery and Trsat Castle with city walls that dominated the territory above the Big river (Rječina) for centuries. The history of Trsat goes far back into to pre-iliric time in which the first traces of ancient fort came to existence. This location is great for panoramic photos of the town.

At the end, the pearl of the Adriatic – Opatija. Enjoy a walking tour through this charming town and discover
well manicured parks, gorgeous villas dating from Austro- Hungarian era and find out why this was their favourite winter holiday destination. Free time to enjoy the town before returning back to the hotel.
